Cider
Knoll Condominium was built in the late
1960's, and originally was an apartment
complex before being converted to condominiums.
Cider Knoll
consists of a
mixture of one bedroom flats and two- and three bedroom townhouses.
There are a total of four buildings - A, B, C, and D. Each side of each
building has two three-bedroom, two-story townhouses and two one-floor flats on
each end. Between the townhouses and flats are eight two-story, two
bedroom townhouses. This totals ninety-six homes in the community. The
one-bedroom flats contain approximately 644 square feet of living space.
The two-bedroom townhouses have approximately 968 of living space and the
three-bedroom townhouses offer approximately 1,288 square feet.
The
community has a central courtyard area with lots of trees and
flowers, giving it a woodsy feel like that which is found in the Poconos!
Home facades are of brick, stone, or tudor. Heat and
hot water is a common expense and included in the condo fee. A pool and
playground are onsite for your family's outdoor enjoyment There's none of
the common problems of parking and storage at
Cider Knoll,
as plenty of parking is available and each home has an extra storage
bin!
The well-maintained
community's location along with it's affordable pricing make it attractive to
first-time homebuyers, people with active lifestyles and those ready to downsize
to an easy-care environment. Perhaps
Cider Knoll is right
for you. It would be my pleasure to share my
Cider Knoll knowledge
and experience with you!
